Come join us at the Legacy Centre of Excellence for an empowering event where Black Britain takes the spotlight! This will be a powerful evening of political engagement and advocacy. Operation Black Vote (OBV) and BRIG are hosting a crucial hustings event focused on confronting racism head-on. This event is part of a national series of events in FOUR cities and builds on the Birmingham 'Power of the Black Vote' event.

It matters more than ever how Black, and racially marginalised, communities engage in the democratic process, given the widening gap in the racial inequalities and increase in racial attacks faced by us. It is crucial that our vote is not taken for granted and used as a political football by those seeking our votes. The Birmingham hustings offers you a face to face opportunity to hold Birmingham candidates standing in the general election to account.
